Migrating from CONTENTdm, the TIND platform will provide Elon with a more intuitive and user-friendly environment for managing and showcasing their archival materials, while also launching new repository services for research data and scholarly material.

San Francisco, CA, and Oslo, Norway, December 5, 2025. San Francisco Public Library (SFPL) has launched its updated digital collections platform on TIND Digital Archive (DA). The migration from Islandora improves access to more than 50,000 digitized images and over 10 terabytes of data from the Main Library and 28 neighborhood branches, offering a cleaner interface and enhanced discovery for both the public and library staff.
