Det Norske Veritas Selects TIND ILS

Oslo, Norway - June 12, 2025. Det Norske Veritas (DNV) has selected TIND ILS as its new library system. Migrating from Mikromarc, the library moves to a modern, right-sized ILS that improves access to information and documents for staff in more than 100 countries. TIND ILS combines a streamlined, intuitive interface with powerful tools for cataloging, search, and batch processing.

As a global leader in assurance and risk management, DNV works across sectors such as maritime, energy, and healthcare. The DNV Library has a small dedicated team supporting daily operations for staff based in over 100 countries from its headquarters in Høvik, Norway.

The move to TIND ILS gives the DNV Library a streamlined, standards-compliant platform, designed specifically for smaller research and special libraries.
