Olin College selects TIND ILS and TIND IR

Released August 19, 2016

Needham, MA and Geneva, Switzerland – August 19, 2016. CERN spin-off TIND was selected by Olin College of Engineering to provide their cloud-based library management system. TIND is replacing the EOS.Web ILS and Digital Commons Repository. The solution will be integrated with EBSCO’s Discovery Service.

TIND allows the library to modernize and simplify workflows related to print resource management, while providing a stronger platform for the management of both electronic resources and digital assets.

“We’re extremely excited to be partnering with Olin. They’re true innovators in all aspects, not afraid of taking a different approach. TIND will provide Olin with a flexible and open platform, allowing Olin’s tremendously creative students and staff to build custom services on top of our platform.” Says Alexander Nietzold, CEO at TIND.

Olin College joins a growing community of US libraries opting for TIND, including leading institutions such as the California Institute of Technology, the University of Minnesota and the United Nations Headquarters.
