As an R1 university, UNL is committed to improving their research data management infrastructure. The UNL Data Repository (UNLDR) was established in response to the growing requirements by external funding agencies. By migrating to TIND RDM, UNL aims to improve the accessibility and discoverability of these critical data assets, spanning various disciplines and research areas, including agriculture, engineering, natural sciences, and social sciences.
With customizable and flexible data submission workflows, TIND RDM helps UNL meet the specific needs of its research community, ensure compliance with FAIR data principles, and maximize research efforts.
“We were pleased with TIND’s user interface and search experience, and that we can set up reporting to our depositors. The FAIR data principles are central to our curation support and we are looking forward to having a repository platform that enables us to maximize the benefit of researcher effort to share data,” said Scout Calvert, Associate Professor and Research Data Librarian at UNL.
