UT Southwestern Medical Center Selects TIND Digital Archive

Dallas, TX and Oslo, Norway - October 11, 2024. The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) has selected TIND Digital Archive (TIND DA) to manage, preserve, and showcase their digital collections. UTSW will be migrating a rich image collection from CONTENTdm, audiovisual collections from Aviary, and digital exhibits from Omeka.

By migrating their digital collections and exhibits to TIND DA, UTSW will gain access to a user-friendly interface and advanced tools that streamline workflows and enhance engagement.

Key features include video transcription with closed captioning and 3D rendering capabilities, allowing UTSW to integrate 3D anatomical models and interactive simulations into their collections and enriching educational experiences for students, faculty, and researchers.
