The University of Southern Indiana goes live on TIND Institutional Repository

The University of Southern Indiana (USI) is now live on the TIND Institutional Repository (TIND IR) and has fully integrated TIND IR with its existing TIND ILS install. Running both products in a single platform, USI has improved the discoverability of IR content for library users via catalog and discovery layer searches and established meaningful links between related IR and ILS records.

TIND and EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) announce that the University of Southern Indiana (USI) has selected the TIND Integrated Library System (TIND ILS), migrating from Ex Libris’ Voyager system and will also transition its Primo discovery layer to EBSCO Discovery Service™ (EDS). The university will be able to use EDS with TIND ILS for real-time holdings information and integrate with GOBI and Harrassowitz, leveraging the TIND ILS real-time acquisition APIs.
