Chapel Hill, NC and Oslo, Norway – January 18, 2019. The North Carolina Digital Heritage Center, housed in the University Libraries at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, has selected the TIND Digital Archive (TIND DA). NCDHC is migrating over 1 million images from CONTENTdm.
Chicago, IL and Oslo, Norway – November 28, 2018. TIND was selected by the University of Chicago to provide their cloud-based TIND Institutional Repository (TIND IR) and TIND Research Data Management (TIND RDM). TIND's systems were chosen in order to better meet growing needs and interests around data sharing and preservation, open access, and reproducible research results. UChicago is migrating its existing research output from DSpace Direct. TIND IR and TIND RDM will be implemented as a single, unified solution for managing, disseminating and preserving all research output and research datasets.
Berkeley, CA and Oslo, Norway – September 21, 2018. The University of California, Berkeley has selected the TIND Digital Archive (TIND DA) to manage its extensive digital collections. TIND DA will allow UC Berkeley to migrate the many existing digital collections from various sources and systems, as well as providing workflows for contributing newly digitized and converted material into one central location.
Saratoga Springs, NY and Oslo, Norway – September 14, 2018. Skidmore College has selected the TIND Digital Archive to replace CONTENTdm as the platform for its digitized primary source collections.
Lausanne, Switzerland and Oslo, Norway – September 7, 2018. TIND was selected by the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) to provide their cloud-based Institutional Repository (TIND IR), replacing locally developed Invenio Software. Infoscience, the EPFL institutional repository, is now successfully migrated to TIND's SaaS repository.
Oslo, Norway – August 31, 2018. TIND has released version 1.6 to all customers. Major highlights include the deployment of acquisitions and serials functionality to all TIND ILS customers. TIND 1.6 also includes Elasticsearch as the default search engine, allowing for fast and scalable search across tens of millions of records and files.
Berkeley, CA and Oslo, Norway – August 7, 2018. TIND was selected by the University of California, Berkeley Law Library to provide their cloud-based Integrated Library System (TIND ILS), replacing Sierra ILS. As part of the implementation, TIND has developed a new acquisitions and serials module in close partnership with the library.
Caltech DATA, a new research data repository, is launched by Caltech and CERN spin-off TIND

Pasadena, CA and Geneva, Switzerland – June 2, 2017. The Caltech Research Data Repository (CaltechDATA) was created by Caltech and TIND, a spin-off of CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research. The platform has now officially launched as a service for Caltech faculty, staff, students, and research collaborations.
